Are you a survivor of brain injury, or do you support someone who is? Our specialized and trained brain injury case managers are here to help. We serve the Northern Neck (Lancaster, Richmond, Westmoreland, Northumberland Counties), the Eastern Shore (Accomack and Northampton Counties), and Middlesex County (on the Middle Peninsula). Our mission is to support survivors of acquired brain injury.

No Limits Brain Injury Services is the case management arm of No Limits Eastern Shore (www.nolimitseasternshore.com). No Limits Eastern Shore, based in Tasley, Virginia, has been supporting survivors of brain injury on Virginia’s Eastern Shore since 2012 & on the Northern Neck/in Middlesex County since March 2024.
No Limits Eastern Shore is supported by state general funds via a contract administered by the Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services, and by private donations.

At No Limits we serve survivors of Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). This can be traumatic (TBI) or non-traumatic. Brain injuries can happen from an external blow to the head, as a result of motor vehicle accidents, falls, sports and recreational accidents, or assaults/violence. Certain illnesses such as stroke/cerebral vascular accident (CVA), brain tumors, and anoxia (lack of oxygen) may also injure the brain.
Our case management team works with survivors to develop a person-centered plan for success. Our case managers understand the unique needs of survivors of brain injury and work with individuals to help locate and access supports in the community.

No Limits Eastern Shore is proud to be fully accredited by CARF International.
