Jess Duncan joined No Limits in August 2024. She is originally from Virginia Beach, VA. Jess moved to the Eastern Shore in the summer of 2021. She has a background in education. Jess graduated from Virginia Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Comprehensive Liberal Studies. She is a Qualified Brain Injury Support Provider (QBISP).
