If you or someone you know is interested in receiving specialized brain injury case management from No Limits Brain Injury Services, please give us a call. On the Northern Neck & Middlesex County call (804) 724-9240 and on the Eastern Shore call (757) 710-7652. There are currently no fees associated with our services.
Individuals and their families/support circles may contact us directly (self refer), connect via Virginia’s No Wrong Door system, or be referred by a provider/organization.
The admissions requirements for No Limits Brain Injury Services are:
- provide medical documentation of brain injury (Documentation of Brain injury form)
- be a legal adult resident of the United States of America
- complete Application and Member Consent Form
- must not pose a danger to self, others or property
Enhanced Outreach Program

Survivors of acquired brain injury residing in area long term care facilities are eligible for the Enhanced Outreach Program.
Enhanced Outreach Visits are extended visits (15 minutes or more) with an NLES staff member focusing on the unique needs of survivors of brain injury residing in long-term care. Survivors of acquired brain injury, or their guardian when applicable, should complete our Outreach Program Consent form to be added to the Enhanced Outreach list. Individuals on our Enhanced Outreach Program list will be visited at least monthly and will be acknowledged on birthdays and holidays.
